Groundworks are progressing well on a new prestige dwelling on Esplanade Road in Newquay.
The project, originally designed by CSA Architects of Truro, is the latest in a very long line of individual luxury homes by P Chapman Construction, all built in various locations around Cornwall. The construction drawings were worked up from the planning drawings by A-Tec Design and MBA Consulting were responsible for the structural design work.
Contemporary in style, the building will feature single-ply flat roofs and grey powder-coated aluminium windows. Most of the extensive excavations and structural enabling works are now complete, paving the way for the commencement of the superstructure.
