We are proud to have been entrusted to build a very special new home indeed just outside Truro.
Put simply, Tregavethan Manor will be a quintessential manor house of towards ten thousand square feet floor area. Traditional stonework will be framed with extensive granite quoins, plinths and window surrounds. There's even a granite entrance portico and granite chimneys to complete the stately-home look.
The most impressive aspect however, is that despite this traditional construction, the property will achieve near Passivhaus energy efficiency due to some clever design, specification and construction methods.
The team responsible for getting the project to this stage includes Adam Architecture of London, local consulting engineers MBA from Truro, and Ward Williams Associatesas cost consultants. There are many other design professionals and consultants involved in this exciting project whom we look forward to mentioning later.
