Tregavethan Progressing Well

Construction of Tregavethan Manor, just outside Truro is moving along nicely with the superstructure taking shape and the roof coverings going on.

This amazing property extends to ten thousand square feet of floor area over three floors with extensive use of granite and natural stone to create a manor house which could have been there for hundreds of years.  Despite the traditional style, the house will meet near Passivhaus energy efficiency due to some clever design, specification and construction methods.

Architects are Adam Architecture of London with local consulting engineers MBA from Truro, and Ward Williams Associates as cost consultants.

More progress news on this very soon.
