57 Lemon Street is a period grade-two-listed building which was tastefully converted by P Chapman Construction Ltd into three apartments. The building in Truro was in use as offices before the conversion to residential use. Although a relatively small project for P Chapman Construction Limited, the client required a builder who could work to a high standard and complete the project very quickly. The building received various external enhancements as well as the internal conversion. The architects were Lilly Lewarne and building surveyors were Scott and Company, both from Truro. The Chapman team also worked with the local office of Ward Williams Associates, who acted as CDM co-ordinators.
