In its previous life, Pennance Farm, Goldenbank, Falmouth was run as a smallholding but the barns had fallen into serious disrepair (see last three photos in slide show).
Planning consent was obtained for conversion of the existing buildings to seven holiday units, with a further five new builds on the site too.
Conversion projects require special care and understanding. We're very pleased to have succeeded in retaining the character of this lovely site, particularly in the way the new buildings blend with the old. Pennance's popularity with holiday visitors is understandable and very rewarding for all the Chapman craftspeople who worked on the barns.
