Formerly two dwellings, now one luury home.
Annandale was formerly a pair of semi-detached dwellings in the village of Veryan on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall.
The properties were extensively renovated and extended by a team from P Chapman Construction Ltd, to create a sizeable single home. Traditional construction methods were employed, and external finishes include blue-grey natural slate roofs, off-white smooth lime rendered elevations, and a mixture of conservation uPVC windows, and powder coated aluminium windows.
Numerous local design professionals, and specialist contractors were involved, including architects Lilly Lewarne, of Truro.
