Three Mile Beach is at Gwithian, near St Ives in Cornwall, and comprises fifteen large beach houses which are currently offered for holiday let. The units are timber-framed, and the Chapman site team worked to complete the project with local professionals, including A-Tec Design, Ed Crossley & Associates (QS) and MBA Consulting (engineers).
