Upper Beach House at Smugglers Cove, Portreath benefited from extensive alterations and complete refurbishment. The project was carried out for GAP Properties (SE) Ltd, and the residence is currently in use as a holiday home. The Chapman team worked with architects Owen & Co, consulting engineer Richard Holbrook, and the usual high quality mix of local suppliers and specialist subcontractors to create the results seen here.
