Shipwrights, Helford

This project involved the construction of four new luxury waterside bedrooms, as an addition to this well known Cornish pub.

The Shipwrights Arms at Helford, which is a listed building, also benefited from a comprehensive external and internal renovation at the hands of the Chapman site team.

The new rooms are in a detached annexe adjacent to the main pub, with a deck above.

Architectural work was by A-Tec Design, and the engineers was MBA, both based locally in Truro. SJH Design Services Ltd were the M&E Consultant.

The drone video and photography was carried out by Bad Wolf Horizon.
