This project consisted of twelve spectacular apartments in St Ives for high-end developers Acorn Blue. The building was constructed on the site of a former hotel in the town, and boasts extensive terraces and a gated secure parking area. Each owner has use of the external shower facilities, and a dedicated surf store for beach equipment. Internally the apartments have the usual impressive Acorn Blue specification levels including contemporary kitchen units by Leicht with fitted Siemens appliances, Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware in bathrooms and, of course, under floor heating throughout.
