Annandale was extensively renovated and extended by P Chapman Construction Ltd, resulting in a lovely new home for its owners. Formerly a pair of semi-detached dwellings in the village of Veryan on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall, Annandale sports a blue-grey natural slate roof, off-white smooth lime rendered elevations, and a mixture of conservation uPVC windows, and powder coated aluminium windows. Traditional construction methods were employed throughout. Architects Lilly Lewarne of Truro were among many local design professionals and contractors working with the Chapman team, and making this transformation possible. Photographs by Aerial Cornwall.
