Polgreen Manor at Mawgan Porth near Newquay involved a combination of new-build and refurbishment to create a very special property indeed for the client. The design team included CSA Architects of Truro, Airey & Coles of Plymouth (consulting engineers), Millard & Flo of Rock (lighting & interior design) and Sam Ovens from Lostwithiel (landscape design).
