Quay House at St Mawes is a bespoke luxury waterside residence built by P Chapman Construction with numerous very special features. The property is near St Mawes and overlooks the Percuil River from its secluded location nestled in the trees. The sensitive use of a natural green roof and extensive curves throughout the design helps this stunning project to blend with its environment.
