The project consists of two new buildings within the St Michaels Resort.
The latest phase of works within the grounds of the prestigious St Michaels Resort in Falmouth is underway on site.
Two new buildings, called 'Cottage' and 'Tremor', will comprise a total of eleven new-build apartments, and are being constructed for longstanding client Nigel Carpenter.
Both buildings utilise traditional construction methods, with natural slate roofs, and balconies to the south elevations. The units are due for completion in the summer of 2023.
Key design professionals on this project include: Poynton Bradbury Wynter Cole (Architects), MBA Consulting (Engineers), Ed Crossley & Associates (Contract Administrators & Quantity Surveyors), SJH Design Services (M&E Consultants), and Hortus (Landscape Designers).
