Team Chapman are about to go into action on an exciting new-build project in Newquay.
The site is on Riverside Avenue, above the Gannel Estuary, and the new three-storey property will be built to replace an older existing bungalow. Traditional construction methods will be used on the steeply sloping site to create a seven bedroom home of around four hundred square metres.
