Saqqara is a new-build dwelling under construction overlooking the Fal Estuary from Feock.
The Chapman team on site is making great progress on the one thousand square metre property which has a steel frame infilled with timber. The entire lower ground floor of the house will be a leisure complex, complete with gym and associated facilities, and a boathouse is located at the seaward end of the garden.
Saqqara is one of two individual homes currently being built in Feock by P Chapman Construction. Look out for more details of both these projects soon.
