Three Mile Beach Development, Gwithian Sands, St Ives
Chapman are pleased to have been awarded the construction contract for seventeen large beach houses at Gwithian near St Ives in Cornwall.
The development, branded 'Three Mile Beach', has a build programme running from winter 2018 to spring 2020 and the units are to be timber-framed.
The professional team for the project includes Ed Crossley & Associates, Truro (QS), BGS Architects, London, and Cornwall Environmental Consultants of Truro.
